September 2026 - Arundel Gate shortlisted for national award

 

The project that has brought Arundel's first new general needs social housing since the 1970s has been shortlisted in the 'best housing solution' category of the Council for Protection of Rural England's Centenary Awards

April 2023 - Arundel and South Downs MP Support

In the letter he emphsises the "very good news" that we will be delivering almost 30 new affordable homes for local people.

 

He goes on to say:

 

"I support the work of the Arundel Community Land Trust (CLT) to deliver truly affordable homes for local people. Arundel CLT is a formal body, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and delivered by volunteers who care about providing affordable homes in the local community, and with the support of Town and District councils. I am pleased to know that their future projects are for redevelopment of brownfield sites, something which has my strong support." 

 

 

February 2022 - Littlehampton Gazette & West Sussex Gazette

Reporting on two milestones: Signing the s106 Agreement in November 2021 regulating the provision of affordable homes & the forthcoming ADC E-form allowing potential affordable homes residents to register their interest.
